I started experimenting with allergy-friendly recipes back in the early nineties when my kids and I started to develop sensitivities to various foods and environmental allergies. I visited many medical doctors but wasn’t comfortable with their recommendations of one-RX-fits-all, this started my mission to find answers and take a holistic path to healing.
Finding a holistic practitioner back then was like looking for a needle in a haystack, no internet to search. I was fortunate to have found a very kind and wonderful holistic chiropractor who suggested we omit gluten and dairy from our diets and that simple change made a huge impact.
But the quest to find gluten-free and organic foods was not an easy one and everything available (which was very limited) tasted like cardboard. So I started to create my own recipes.
25 years later I’m still cooking and eating gluten-free and organic and have decided to create a You Tube channel to share some of my recipes with you, and I promise, they won’t taste like cardboard.
